...so how did it go Rachel?

It went well, I have some more hope now... They are now calling my problem 'NDPH' or 'New daily persistant headache.' It is characterized by the headaches starting one day, (most ppl remember the day, I do) and doesn't go away EVER for 2 plus months, remaining constant. You have to have a few tests to rule out other things, which I have had, except a (contrasted) MRI. They've told me I need to take vitamin D, and calcium, as well perform yoga everyday. They said I've been drinking to much sweetened tea, and need to start eating 3 meals again, despite my nausea. I have to go in to a fusion center for three days straight to get steriods... it's one of the treatment options. They want to also possibly start a very controlled school setting, I think it's called MPD, to start getting me ready to get back to life... They also confirmed what I already knew, I'm dealing with really bad depression that is causing extreme anxiety attacks ALL the time. I always want to cry, no matter what. :(

Im just reading up about it all right now. anyways, hmm this sounds all good really. im so glad they have finally found out what it(most likely?) is. And so, are you still supposed to use all the medication that you are on?

I am so glad that you have new hope now. It sound like you can finally get some relief. You know what? Some of the stuff about that type of migraine, sounds close to the migraines. I am so happy for you. : )

I went tto the integrative headache clinic, it's pretty much the same thing. I've been on one antidepressant for a while... she up-ed my dose, it's one of the treatment plans, so she just wants to see if it helps if it's higher.
