I usually prefer mine improv. Keep it going with no particular plot and see how it turns out. No planning ahead. Just going with it and enjoying the ride as we come up with it.

Silvy and her ancestors are a result of the genetic mutation we gave."

"Well your life-span is about 200 years anyway, so you still got a while to go. And I could help make it longer, but I'll tell ya, living so long gets boring. Trust me. I've got millions on ya."
