Both should be posted as mature, if you read the rules. Religious content like that is on the list of things that should be tagged, this is because it could cause offence to other people. General religious content in allowed, for example a painting of a religious figure, but agressive religious post, such as the one on this picture, isn't allowed.

^ yes,the catholic religion is very reasonable,for instance,you guys believe that jesus died for our sins,that's just like what protestants believe,so that's very reasonable.however,there are some things about the catholics that aren't very reasonable.i don't agree that paying indulgences will help you get to heaven,and back then it was not right for the pope of the catholic church to ki.ll anyone who disagrees with him.now,i don't mean any disrespect for you and you're religion,but those are some things that i don't agree with.

on the bright side:the catholics are a HUGE community,very nice people,i'm glad they changed their way of the pope kil.ling whoever disagreed with them.either way,i think it's right for protestants and catholics to get along together,i respect you guy's thoughts :D

the pope can't lower you're sin and decide where you go for all eternity,that's god's decision,not the pope's,and back in the middle ages,indulgences wher the pope's excuse to earn money,you can't use money to buy you're way to heaven,jesus is the only way through,it's just like jesus said:no one can get to the father except through me,so you see,i believe that the only way to heaven is through jesus,not indulgences,it's okay if you don't agree with me,but i do hope you do :)

and yes,i do agree that life isn't the most important thing,life through jesus' hand is.

but we shouldn't confess our sins to the pope, we should confess to jesus! god would never require us to have to go through purgutory for a millania until he fanally gives out judgement to you.

I think it's because some non-christians beleive that people are forcing their views on people (which I don't agree with, but that's what people think...). I don't beleive they should be reported, but if you read the mature painting guide it does say religous paintings should be mature...

It would most likely cause offense to people of other beliefs and faiths.
