Yah. They are on route 10. They're just a little harder to fine than other pokemon.

(I have no idea what is in my friend safari btw)

I was actually fiddling around with the GTS (for 3 hours) and eventually, an HA Eevee came up. .-.
And Eevee is in the 3rd slot, which is only unlocked when your friend has beaten the game.
Maybe you have a Ditto? I could do with a 2V Ditto. :D
(2V means it has two perfect stats, which all FS Pokemon have.)
