1. How do I make my drawings cool? I'm not sure what you mean exactly by 'cool,' but to make them look unique is to experiment. Always try new things and perfect practice makes perfect!
2. Yes! There are HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of tricks for drawing! Especially here on Colors.
Always start out with a sketch. The looser the lines are, the better! Then, actually, I'll make a tutorial for you. ^^
