@ Josh: It wasn't traced, actually. If it was Cap's face would look a lot better for one thing. It's copied from a direct reference, though. Obviously.
For everyone else asking, it's a reproduction of a piece from Civil War: The Confession. Probably should have put that in the description.

I remember hearing from my friend who's a comic collector that Captain America cannot die because he is immortal. 'Something about a strong dose of a chemical to make him survive through the time he was frozen or something like that. Byt I know that it was an over dose of a certian chemical around where (right) before, during, or (right) after his time frozen. And also he can't die, he's the first Avenger. That would be like getting rid of Spongebob and still calling it the same name for the show.

When Iron Man and Captain America battled, Cap 'died', but he was brought back to life. This is not based off the MOVIE Avengers, but the comics.
