if anyone has any tips or suggestions, please help. like I said, once I get used to colors, I will actually be able to draw, but for now, watch me fail at what is not even doodles XD
Because the 3DS can be different from a DSi. A LOT DIFFERENT. I mean, I started here about a year or so before Hatena's big shutdown, and look at my art! Well, it's still not good, but you get my point. Just draw! You cannot get ANY, nevermind good criticism or advice if there's nothing to critique! Also, try examining some of the fine tutorials in this community. If you didn't already know, watch tutorials using the "Playback" button [ >>> ] after clicking on it. I highly recommend #RougeRanger, a highly renowned artist committed to helping unappreciated and new creators [just look at the latest contest!], and #ChibiNel, who found a cool technique [arguably found on DeviantArt long before, but brand new here] called #AcidArt that really adds quality to lots of artists' work these days.
