Well... First I traced the American flag. Then I put a layer of black over it. After that, I uplaoaded a picture of America, and set ot on "picture overlay" or something like that. Then I used my eraser to trace his picture into the black layer, revealing parts of the flag behind it. Then I set the eraser as transparent as it will go, and go over the entire black layer once. This reveals the entire flag in the back while still being able to see the outline of America! ^u^
