[Reply] Thank you very much ^-^ I'm the creator of Tojo. He used to have black hair, which led to everyone saying he looked like Sasuke. So w/out altering his appearance too much I changed his hair color to a deep blue :) I actually know how to animate. It's something I can do well, too- I just don't have the time recently. I was a senior member of Flipnote Hatena and that's where I first started animating :)
