Ralph and Vanellope aren't big fans of mornings: the daily reminders that a whole day of work/school is ahead.
However, on weekends Van is often awake ridiculously early.
Vanellope's a bit of an artsy-craftsy type, if you can't tell--she decorated her own backpack and a coffee mug for her hero.

Vanellope is the queen of acrylics, puff paints, glitter, and sequins. And cute little stickers that Ralph finds everywhere and it drives him crazy.

I don't know. I guess it's the fact that you're no longer relying on definite outlines to show the picture, but on shading and contrast. And if you don't always depend on those two elements, it can be difficult to learn.
