I like Lightning and ff13, I don't understand all the hate on this game.
Anyway I wanted to say something you could do better, but I'm not sure if you traced it, cause it would be pointless if you did...
You should've added shading in the hair, it looks now like candy or something, make sure you make some parts darker and some parts lighter.
