So these two applications are coming to the 3ds soon... Youtube later this month and Miiverse in December. With swapnote gone, I'm pretty excited for it. Swapnote was never monitered, but Miiverse is so yeah

@happybrick I was never the one who reported you. *floats away in the wind* Also, if the COPPA lawmakers want to shut down a website, they can find evidence. They can trace IP addresses and find out who you are. They will find out who everybody is here.

If they did storm colors and tracked everyone who was under-age that would be illegal also. (hacking into private security or somthing)
