Yes, your dreams have came true. After the delay on Flipnote Studio 3D, and the closing of SpotPass for Nintendo Letter Box (Swapnote), Miiverse is coming to the 3DS!
Announced today by Satoru Shibata at today's Nintendo Direct, the 3DS was about to get an update in Late November or Early December.
That update would include bug fixes, Miiverse and Nintendo Network ID!
