so if you know why sn isnt working anymore please explain this to me

Oh Nintendo ended spotpass because of people were sending bad pictures and friend codes etc. sorry this all I can say. :/

I knowww wtffff. Swapnote was cancelled for spotpass but im sure they'll bring it back because alot of people are piissed

Swapnote was deleted because Nintendo became aware of the risque material posted by some users and immediately deactivated everyone from using it.

Nintendo has reasons they aren't disclosing for discontinuing swapnote - if they thought inappropriate photos were being exchanged, then they could have discontinued the photo feature. Probably swapnote was costing them money they didn't want to spend.
