there are limits, for each personel only. Now for any artists standards may be innapropiate or not. if you dont like it, leave or you can put a horrible coment and leave. number one, its your fault for looking and leaving something horrible on it. like i said you can not look at it at all.
number two, its the artist fault for drawing what they know is innapropiate and drew it anyways. In short terms you and the artist are the ones doing someting stupid.
