Also, as a technique suggestion, try reserving a layer just for coloring, while having all the black outlining layers done. Color in all the area's for all of the layer you want colored, on the layer that is reserved for color (the layer with the outline will be above the empty layer that is being colored). Once you have the coloring the way you want it, on the colored layer, take the outlined layer, and merge it with the colored layer. Then delete the leftover outlined layer, and push the merged layer back to the original position of the outlined layer.

Sorry if you might know this, or if it sounds confusing, but it may help with working around the 6 hour limit.

Draw for 6 hours, save, return to project next day. Repeat until finished! That's what one of my friends did. Oh also this is epic!
