The symbols are Runes. Top left corner: Precision, and Strength. Top Right: Soundless, gift/talent (and The 'Z' one, I forgot how to spell it, but I think it deals with balence)
Bottom Left: Angelic Power, Fearless, and healing/painless. Bottom Right: Forsight, and heightened speed.
The writing in the middle is Angelic, It says DarkSnow (you read it right to left).
Oh, the runes are from 'Mortal Instruments. and 'Infernal Devices' Series by Cassandra Clare

Oh, and the rune on the angel is half of "bind to". The other half is marked on another person and looks like an M.

Yeah. They make me feel great. Sad thing is... One lives in Australia, and the other use to go to my school but now, he doesnt. His mom took him out so...I dont know where he lives though.
But, nonetheless. they make me happy :)

Yees it is me, I just didn't draw my glasses cause it'd ruin the pic. lol
