A lot of people say some pretty horrible thing, but I try not to generalize too much, because when you look at everybody as just a huge group against you, then you can only blame yourself for isolation. A lot of those people think and feel things just like you, some of them just don't show it, and maybe some of them aren't as bad as you think. If you judge someone on one bad thing, then think their entire personality is bad without getting to hear what else they have to say that you might agree with, then that's just like judging a book by its cover. I don't really talk to people a lot, and I feel like I have a good sense of who I like and dislike based on what they say already, but I keep in mind that the rudest people are often the loudest, which makes everyone else look bad, even when it may not be as many of them who are saying those things.

Well I mean, if you're talking about people saying that to YOU, then yeah, they're crap, but if it's just "I hear all these things being said" kinda thing, then it's true that there's people in the background that feel the same way.

I'll be honest, I don't know how you feel. But I know how I feel getting those same comments on a daily basis. I am a traffic control technician after all. You can't ignore everybody, you can know that they're wrong, but it still stings... For awhile at least. . . I wish I had some actual advice to give, but for now simply take my best wishes and understand that you're not alone.

Yep. People like that count for pretty much 98.9 percent of my school. It's just chavs. Chavs everywhere. -_-
