The Face is spot on, but i think the neck and hair are too small. It looks out of proportion. Did you use a reference picture? I'd like to have a look ;)

Yeah, you're right. The hair is a bit too small and the neck abit too thin. Also discovered some other stuff that I could have done differently. Oh well, it's a learning experience :P.
