It irritates me alot when I see that.
They're the ones, that, most of the time, don't give a flying crap about who they follow. They only want YOU to follow them like a little puppy and like their pictures.

I used to follow everyone who was following me back, but then I saw someone just following people to get everyone to follow them back, and I stopped. I mean, being kind to your followers isn't bad at all, but when people follow you just to become popular, that annoys me.

How does that work anyways? The "I follow you so you follow me and we both become popular" I don't get it. I thought it makes towards liking their art and then giving it a star to show you think their art is cool. I don't think it really counts if you just have followers that go by that rule. But I don't know really ...

I used to follow everyone back who followed me but the stupid thing is, if you follow too many people only because they followed you and you don't really like their pics you could just don't follow them.. this following thing is here for us to see if someone of our friends uploaded something new and if you follow many people and you get all those pictures you don't like there, the important ones are simply lost in the crowd of unimportant pictures...
