'reply' Well i got the idea cause i sow other people drawing mlp n it is a very easy thing to draw. I prefer drawing more difficult stuff on paper plus i can keep it 4ever that way

Thank you for the nice comment, I do use different colors throught out some of my paintings just to show thats what colors the base of the picture is goung to be. When it comes to backgrounds, you save a copy of your art and use the extra one to experiment on what background you want, after you do that you can finally come to your original on and rough sketch it on there. I the painting above you see that this painting holds a many hue's of green ( color ) and it works very well together. Some pictures like this only need a simple background because it would take away from the character or object.
