The proper way to first experience The Protomen, is live. If it's not possible, then listen to Act 1, and Act 2 (The prequel about Dr. Light and Dr. Wiley's falling out), in that order, and all the way through. Complete solitude, no distractions. Only then will you appreciate the awesome music, and storytelling to the fullest.

Dude you live in CA? Where'd you see them? My girlfriend and I saw them at the Roxy in LA this year. We got 1 on 1 time with all of them, and a pic with each member.

thats where i saw them this year haha, at the Roxy. August 23rd I believe. My lady friend was the one getting carried at the front of the stage, had a castle crashers shirt, and had Ringo segundos paint all over her face. I got to talk to all of them except turbo Lover and Reanimator. Commander and Ringo are so cool in person, as was Panther :D

Man, we were THERE! That show was insane! We were front row the entire time, From when Radioactive Chicken Head played, till the end. I was the one who was dual wielding beers in the air for the Proto's first 2 songs lol. When Turbo lover stepped off stage, he hugged my gf with one arm and held my shoulder to keep himself from being knocked over by the croud. Not sure if you'd remember us, but I think we remember you guys XD

I actually do remember someone raising their beers, cause I started raising my beer too when I saw that haha, wow, small world. I think im the only one who uploaded some of that show on youtube, because I havent seen any other clips.
