Nintondo got rid of Swapnote's 'Send via Spotpass' service because some 'minors' had been misusing it. Now all that's left is to send via Streetpass which is completely useless because ypu have to actually pass the person you want to send the note to when you can actually SAY THE THING YOU WANTED TO TELL THEM RIGHT THERE AND THEN.
