I looked it up. They said they stopped spotpass and stopped the flipnote gallery:friends because of the mature stuff people put on there. AND they said they didn't know when they'll be up and running again.
So,I'm pretty sure they're still gonna give us FNS3D when they put FNG:Friends back up,but who knows when that is. It may come out 20fourteen,or in late/early December. Idk, man. It's just a guess,just a guess...
