i agree with you, but yesterday i misunderstood why nintendo has deleted swapnote (sorry if my english is bad )
Today i know more information, and understand this decision.

Lol, I don't blame nintendo eventhough I think the deleting os spotpass sucks. But there reason is tottally legit, so there's no point in blaming them. :]
