Nintendo doesn't even own colors, they just sell the app in the e-shop. They can't shutdown something they don't own it's owned by the colors team.

perver.ts here to. I rarely report but you know what, to heck with it. I'm reporting everything that asks for "things" and the extra sick p0rn art. Some I don't find bad, it's still mostly natual looking things to me and I call most art still, it's the /SUPER GROSS/ and traced p0rn pics here that p!ss me off.

i know nintendo has no power here, but honestly, i was a bit angry, couldnt think straight XD
But yes, perverts make me disgusted to the max here cuz they dont even attempt to hide their stuff when they know children can see it

However, nintendo does have the power to take it off the eshop
My point shifted more into wanting to keep children safe from those perverts somewhere along the way ^_^'

It wasn't really perverts that were the problem, it was parents threatening to sue nintendo and nintendo pulling a publicity stunt with it. Its total bullshit; parents should put parental controls on their consoles if they are going to spend that much money on something for a kid.

Simple as that. Parents need to be responsible. Most of the parents complaining were complaining because there was dirty messages being sent between minors, not between children and adults.

I get what your saying, people these days are too unreasonable and have not to much sense, but, we have to remember this is the internet, and even though what your saying is true, theres also avery large posibility that there were perverted messages exchanged by minors and adults....
