It's not the fault of nintendo, its fault of baby kid drawing inapropriate things and insult people, it should be # Stup!d Baby Users!, its their fault if we lost Swapnote, if users continue making such horrible things, Colors will shut down too so we will try to make them understand to stop! every1 is punished by the fault of those baby users :(
But remember this is not Nintendo fault if angry parents called them about the bad inapropriate notes their child were receiving!

Normally I wouldn't complain about something like this, but this is outrageous. I was really looking forward to FS3D! And I loved chatting with my buddies over Swapnote!

There are immature people out there who don't know anything about respect, and that's a normal thing on the internet (as much as I hate to admit it). So if parents really wanted to keep their younger kids safe from the idiocy of... Well... Idiots, then they should probably not even allow their kids to be on those online services.

Nintendo doesn't own Colors, Collecting Smiles does. That's why it's also enjoyable on android and ios. Therefore, the worst Nintendo can do is remove it from their eshop and maybe devices it has been downloaded on, though I'm not sure if that's a) pastabowl or, b) legal without reimbursment to those of us that purchased it. Either way, it will remain viewable from computers and smart phones. Let us not forget, however, that an online gallery is a gift from Colors! and they ARE allowed to cease it's existence at any given point. The more reporting/drama we throw at them, the more mods they need. Mods cost money, loss of profits not good, straw that breaks camels back, ect. EVERYONE who uploads on Colors! really needs to remember the sad tale of Swapnote and Flipnote; A few bad apples spoil the whole bunch.
