um, logically speaking, nintendo did do it. I understand what your saying, though. The people that were misusing it are to blame, although I do believe nintendo could've simply removed the picture and sound functions. But the fact that they could see that swapnote was misused means thAT WE DIDNT HAVE ANY PRIVACY AND AND AUGHHH //FLIPS A TABLE// ok. Am calm now. uvu sorry for the long comment/reply
