It's not like we did anything wroooong. Especially those of us who sent "offensive material". Nintendo just wants to rustle our jimmies and troll us, obviously.

The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

I think Nintendo is being smart tbh.
KIDS SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN SENDING THIER JUNK TO THIER "FRIENDS" AND THE ADULTS SHOUKD GAVE SUPERVISED THEM KNOWING THEY COULD RECORD AND SEND IMAGRS.
Urgghh sorry I'm just mad at everyone saying its nintendo's fault ;-;

It's not entirely Nintendo's fault. BUT. Being ****** with Nintendo as well as the abusers of swapnote is logical. Nintendo had so many options and ways to fix this. They could've put a "report button" of some sort. They could've blocked all kids from sending photos or notes completely. They could've even just removed the photo sending capability. But no. They got lazy and just took out Spotpass completely. Best idea ever.

Sure, it was a spur of the moment kind of decision, but you gotta understand, "offensive material" doesn't cover JUST pictures. It also includes things that can be written, like, y'know offensive language. Or pics drawn using Swapnote's ink meter. So yeah, Nintendo wanted to get rid of everything that could be abused, so they removed Spotpass.
