@fantissyworld ya XD it was like 2 in the morning when i drew this and, I was having a sugar rush from Halloween. So that description made little sense.

I meant to say that they deleted some capabilities from it :shrugs:, the description is fixed now.

Flipnote for 3DS is coming soon, and has a Friend only gallery option. Miiverse is coming soon, which lets you PM people censor free.
