Cedar Human Form by CyndaquilLove
Eh, I was bored, so here's Cedar as a human! In this form, he's a bit shier than normal, and he can't talk well to humans, but he can understand Pokemon based on what they're feeling. When hes in this form, he doesn't know he's a Pokemon, and doesn't remember anything when he changes back. His change can happen at random, but somehow Cedar can control it a bit. (that part will need tweaking)
