Takes about a dozen times. It sucks...
Btw, you'll probably want about thirty ultra bal.ls and thirty dusk bal.ls just in case, it's quite hard to catch. Make sure you save before going in just in case.
It's helpful if you have a Pokemon with the move super fang, since it cuts the hp of the opponant by half each time it is used. So it's really handy for catching Pokemon. You'll wanna get it's hp really low as well.
