this oc (if i decide to make it one) is an 8 year old that belongs to a waterbound rebel tribe of wraiths. he wears a light blue wind breaker a knife and a compass. i still need a name for it if i make it an oc.

Do you think I can use one? I know they can grow up to be tree-four feet. twenty percent defence and fifty percent offence?
