since plague dosent eat food (well he dosent unless he needs to for survival) so hes unnatrualy light weight. this make it easy for him to jump rooftop to rooftop very easily.
(unfortunatly for him, hes very easy to pick up & throw/ beat down) but even if his is unnatrualy thin hes pretty strong so he can defend himself...
he also has his toxin shots in his hands :p.
