Now about that pic. It looks fine but if you want to make water start with a plain shade of blue. Next Use white, turn down the intensity of the color and the brush size a bit and do random strokes that go in one direction over your blue sheet. Then, use black and keep down the intensity (Even lower if necessary) and brush size and repeat the strokes. Finally, repeat the black and whites untill it's to your liking. You don't have to do it if my instructions make no sense. I'm just giving you my technique. : D
