This is Kelzul Arcaah's God Tier form, the Witch of Doom. Her wings represent her artistic but v!olent nature. She has a Capricorn amulet necklace for supposed 'good luck'. Even though she can act like a huge 8itch sometimes, she does it for her own personal reasons that she thinks is for her own good. Her weapon is the Spear of Zillyhoo, and hand magic. Her eyes can magically glow and levitate things. (Yes, cliche, I know). Her quirk changes to THis KInd OF TExt, CApitalizing EVery TWo LEtters OF EVery WOrd. The patch on her pants leg changes from pale red dots to her symbol. She also makes a habit of kiIIing trolls who she knows will not make it through Alternian harsh society. She loves to talk to other god tiers, but talking to normal other trolls make her feel awkward and out of place.
