Time Warp by petetownshends
Time Warp is obviously a Time Lord. He has the personality of the 9th Doctor, for he can be a sass, and can be v.iolent at times. He was companion-less unril he met Frosted Lightning, a mare who is half Time Lady, half regular pony/pegasus.
