Okay, I think I should explain some things that I read online; and before you say anything, I have researched this for over 1 YEAR, and they all generally agree. There are seven planes of consiousness, called dimensions. The 7th is pure light, whereas the 1st is darkness, and if there are deamons, that's where they'd be. When you dream, you go to the fifth dimension, which has two areas called planes. I don't know much about one, but the other is tne astral plane.

Now, when you dream, you usually go to the 5th dimension. However, sometimes you go to the 1st. That is when you have nightmares. Astral projecting is, in a nu.tshell, visiting a different dimension. It IS possible, although quite stupid, to go to the first dimension. However, it's not something you can do on accident. It's very difficult and not worth trying. If I missed something, ask me.
