Um this is Choleric the Braixen.
He hardly shows emotion, but the color of his flames show what he's feeling, and his collar
Blue- Calm Red- Angry Gray- Emotionless Orange- Normal Black and red- Rampage White-weak Purple- Amused Black & Blue- Upset Yellow- kinda happy
The little drops were gonna be Mystic water, but it turned out to be a mood collar? He also doesn't trust about almost anyone, he won't be fooled again...Ugh lazy shading, really need practice.

Emerald's got a really complicated mood flame system, but I keep drawing him without flames, so no one else knows about it...
BTW, your pictures keep getting better & better! I wish I could draw something like this.

You should draw him with his flame (with any color/mood) sometime, that would be cool.
Immff I can't, ugh you're an awesome artist, I don't think I'm improving XD I like, upload once every 2 weeks, plus I still have a small artblock which makes everything so difficult. You have an awesome gallery dude :D

Braxien is my favorite 2nd evolution starter. *liked*
