Well, any countries that I've already made in previous versions stay the same. The only exceprion being Xyloto Island, and that's 'cuz TheBuzzard pointed out the climate (california-like weather) wouldn't make sense to be up north with the snowy countries XD
Plus, I think Powr Islands arenin a really good place!

The downsizing of Uutechnia makes sense when you think about it because the population isn't that big (plus it's mostly robots). Plus that other map was a WIP.
