He's about 15, and he loves music. He has the special power to talk to humans. He has the green markings because someone dumped toxic waste into the ocean, and eventually it infected Stereo and gave him those markings. He has a scar on his eye because of poachers.
I think I might give this O.C. to MonoTheOrca, but I dunno. :/
