My city is a sister city of another city in Japan, so we are celebrating. My school made a contest for three winners with a money prize. The theme is Japaneze culture (i haz no idea) so since my school's mascot is a mustang (horse) i decided to add ponies. (i hope these ponies r not copyrighted) I think i might be the only one digitally drawing, but i dun care. I hope I win the cash prize. I barely did the outline and its already an hour i took on this. (or maybe thats how people get so famous)
