Ev thing o.O? I do use mega evolution. & if u challenge me it would take a minute so i can get the right pokmon in my party XD. I also don't do that chat thing. My mic is broke. Droped my 3DS right on it a while back. It sucks :I

EV and IV are aspects for serious players. I still play these games like they're Red and Blue. Lol. Don't matter about the mic though. I don't chat either unless it's someone I know personally.
