This is a nice character you've got here, I like the color scheme. I checked out your character reference for him as well, the scar is a really great touch (and makes me wonder how he got it, looks like he was pierced all the way through, I like the idea of the scar for that). Also, impressive anatomy, especially for one day of a tutorial (Personally, I'm not too good at muscular builds for characters myself).
