That usually means your not 'balanced' Look up Chakras and attempt to balance them as best as you can, it takes a long, long (months and likely years) time to fix being very unbalanced, which it sounds like you are. They don't need to be perfect, just decent. I'm still unbalanced (not to much so though), it takes a lifetime to be perfect. I'm OP in my third eye, and weak in my throat.
