I like it. I think it's cute.
Um, tips? Well, no matter what I try to draw someone always tells me it looks cute, even when I did not want it to be cute. -_-' That can be annoying. I think rounded edges and clean lines helps it seem cuter. Then there's big heads, big rounded eyes (sometimes small eyes works too, especially if the head is big and rounded), stubby limbs, short bodys, fluff, innocent expressions, and slightly chubby things tend to seem cute.
