Actually an older painting. You might wonder what it has to do with mythical creatures. Well, this is actually based on a statue of a guardian dragon at an Indonesian temple.
I used a self-made reference photo, drew the outline and then took it in a completely different direction with coloring.
This may either be a dog on speed, or a squirrel on acid. You tell me... all I know is he's looking at you and seeing something hilarious.

the look in this guys eyes is terrifying actually (to me)
