Vanellope couldn't help laughing at the new girl's name--Taffeta. She was named after a fabric, for crying out loud!
But her first name was only rivaled by her last--Mudinfuge. Ever since a clueless substitute teacher mispronounced it as "mutton fudge", Van snickered whenever Taffeta's last name was brought up.
It was quickly found, however, that Taffeta was none to be trifled with. Those not with her were against her, and those against her were in trouble.

Ooooooo... This one looks like a bit of backstory. I'm guessing, that this is where Venellope's troubles began. I can't wait to see more. You have quite the talant for combining a story with great art. :D

To Lewascan: Thanks, that means a lot! I feel like the main purpose of my art is storytelling, or getting a feeling across, so it appears I have accomplished my goal. :D
