So here's an update of all the new pokemon I have! :) I don't think Grant (kirlia) is very happy about his girly evolution. XD Don't worry, you'll be a gallade soon - that's what Jason (meowstic) is telling him. More details below.

What level did meowstic evole at I MUST KNOW

level up eevee after teaching it a fairy type move and playing (a lot) with it on Pokemon Amie.
I recommend Charm, which eevee learns at level 29.

You find Meowestic's pr evolution in the tall grass on the way to perfume palace, it evolves around 20-25 somewhare in that range btw female looks difrent than male(for the new traners)

and its not a fariy type if you want one try flebile or swirlex for X and spritcy(?) in Y witch can all be found on route 7
