So I fell asleep at like 7 or 8 cause I suck a lot at what I was trying to do, , and I woke up at 12:3O and was confused so I drew this
no really though I feel like I've had sleep abnormalties my whole life
I go through phases of insomia, hypersomnia and frequent (rather, nightly) night terrors. Also, really vivid dreams that half the time I don't remember anything except the feelings.
I had a dream about a week ago where I ki.lled myself so after that I'm not really sure what's real

Sounds pretty trippy. You might want to consider seeing a specialist.

I wrote a comment, a long one, then I got Dced. Fuuu-
So, I was saying, Drawing can become quitte obsesive sometimes. Try taking breaks, it will helps you to go to sleep afterward.
Also, Try taking deep breaths while sleeping. Focusing on that helps alot to fall asleep, it also helps stop thinking. Adopting a positive mindset helps even more.
Try to be as comfortable as possible: closing all the lights helps alot in my opinion, make sure the room temperature fits your needs, etc...
Like, for me, I must wear a pyjamas when i'm going to sleep, or else my blanket just tickles me. xD
For your dreams, having Seven to eight hours of sleep helps you remember them when you wake up. Tough, its ratter hard to remember a dream for a whole day, so you might want to hold a dream journal close-by.
And when having three to four hours of sleep, if you're in the middle of a dream then wakes up, you'll mostely remember nothing from it. you'll remember the feeling you had but your imagination will fill the holes most of the time.
...whee. hopes it dosen't get deleted this time. xD
